Our planning fee is $499 for most kitchen and bathroom projects. This covers your detailed scope of work, 3 contractor bids, and advisor support. The fee is credited toward your project if you hire through our network.

A scope of work is a detailed document that describes exactly what will be done in your project - materials, specifications, labor, timeline, and more. This ensures all contractors bid on the same thing, making bids truly comparable.

Every contractor in our network is licensed, insured, and has passed our background check. We verify references, review past work, and only accept contractors who meet our quality standards.

If none of the bids work for you, we can adjust the scope and get new bids, or you can use your scope document to get bids elsewhere. Our goal is to help you find the right fit.

If any work doesn't meet the scope specifications, we'll work with the contractor to make it right at no additional cost. We also mediate any disputes and provide ongoing support throughout your project.

Your contractor handles permits, but we ensure permit requirements are included in the scope of work. We'll also help verify permits are properly closed at project completion.
